POSITION SUMMARY: The Environmental, Health, and Safety Coordinator is an essential support to the local manufacturing team and a member of the North American Environmental, Health & Safety Team. This support is provided through implementing and maintaining key elements of the EHS Management System (EHS MS) and written workplace safety programs, injury and incident management, EHS training delivery, safety committee support, local waste management, and overall promotion of a strong environmental, health and safety culture. About the Role: You are responsible for the following key elements of the EHS Management System to support environmental, health, and safety compliance: What You Will Do: Demonstrate active, visible, and professional environmental health and safety leadership at all times; Implement the Vista North American EHS Management System in the Reno facility; Support the development, update, and regionalization of EHS Programs; Support operations and engineering in the assessment of risk associated with workplace processes machine guarding, ergonomics, and chemical use.
