Electrical Estimator - Sanford, FL

Job description

Job Summary: The Electrical Estimator consults with existing and potential clients to discover electrical needs. Duties/Responsibilities: - Meet with customer to determine electrical needs. - Estimates residential and commercial electrical projects and prepares proposal for presentation. - Writes estimates in the field when required. - Close deals with customers onsite or by a proposal. - Complete electrical scopes of work. - Troubleshoot electrical systems and diagnose faulty items in the electrical System. - Monitor jobs in progress and assist with invoice collection when needed. - Develops relationships with commercial/residential clients with potential electrical needs. - Work with assigned electrical service supervisors, field techs, and staff. - Generate sales and service quoting opportunities. - Develop new accounts as well as service existing accounts. - Keep in touch with current and future Strada Electric customers. - Abide by all safety / environmental rules and regulations. - Works with service manager to meet company goals and revenue expectations. - Become proficient in company software and company reporting. - All other duties as assigned.
