Overview BerryDunn is seeking a Training Business Analyst (BA) to support training, team building, and leadership development initiatives, with supporting client work for a State Health and Human Services (HHS) agency. This role will focus on assessing training needs, designing and coordinating learning solutions, and supporting the delivery of workshops and leadership development activities aligned with organizational change, modernization initiatives, and evolving workforce needs. The Training Business Analyst will work closely with state/territory leadership, staff, and project teams to ensure training efforts are practical, relevant, and sustainable. This position offers flexibility for fully onsite or hybrid arrangements. The required location is Kapolei, Hawaiʻi . This role requires working American Samoa Standard Time (ASST).
