Responsibilities Responsibilities: - Manages and leads all phases of a full lifecycle analysis program and coordinates the management of all work performed under the contract. - Majority of work will be performed onsite in McLean, VA (75%) with approximately 25% of work to be conducted onsite in Chantilly, VA. - Acts as the central point of contact with the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative, other customer officials and the Contractor functional support. - Responsible for all the financials, cost, schedule and technical performance of multiple projects or major tasks. Responsible for an Integrated Master schedule that is maintained across all projects with milestones and resources tracked through the schedule. - Coordinates the identification of personnel to fill all vacancies on the contract and coordinates the efforts of subcontractors and team members. - Works with the customer and the team to anticipate and understand changes in the mission and how to adjust to those changes and participates in the negotiation of contract changes. - Works independently, or under the general direction of senior level company management, on all phases of perf...
