POSITION SUMMARY: The Project Manager of External Implementation plays a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs, ensuring successful customer deployments. This position works closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers to develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments while maintaining clear and effective communication. Leading a team of Implementation Specialists, the Project Manager of External Implementation is responsible for overseeing on-site visits, managing project resources, and ensuring deliverables are met on schedule and within scope. Additionally, this role monitors key performance metrics, mitigates risks, and provides progress updates to leadership. Schedule : Frequent travel, approximately 3 out of 4 weeks every month.
