About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Occupancy Planner to join Anthropic's Workplace and Real Estate team. This role is the DRI for office move management, space restacking, neighborhood planning and key stakeholder engagement across our global portfolio. The ideal candidate brings a rigorous, data-driven approach to occupancy planning, excels at stakeholder collaboration, and is passionate about using technology and analytics to inform smarter space decisions. This individual contributor role will directly shape how Anthropic plans, assigns, and optimizes its physical workspace as we continue to scale.
