Job Description Summary The Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing inbound and outbound material processes, customs, inventory control, and material traceability across the shop and warehouse. This role supports the setup and improvement of logistics processes, warehousing practices, ERP transactions, inventory management, and indirect materials control to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient material flow. This position reports to the Site Logistics and Materials Manager. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound material processes for shop and warehouse operations. Coordinate shipping, receiving, packing, and internal material movements. Support customs processes and import/export documentation in compliance with applicable requirements. Ensure material traceability and accurate ERP transactions across warehouse and shop operations. Support the setup, implementation, and standardization of logistics and warehousing processes. Perform and support inventory control activities, including cycle counts, reconciliation, and stock accuracy. Manage indirect materials flow, storage, and transaction accuracy.
