Leasing Agent We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team at a PB Section 8 property. The ideal candidate will have experience in affordable housing and a strong understanding of HUD and LIHTC regulations, particularly the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program. This role involves leasing apartments, maintaining occupancy, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local housing regulations. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty well.
