The Context As part of the continued growth of our Health, Wealth & Career (HWC) segment in the Netherlands , we are looking to hire a HR Generalist who will take on a broad HR generalist remit, delivering end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle under the guidance of experienced HR colleagues. This role is an excellent development opportunity for an early-career HR professional looking to build strong HR generalist experience in a structured, international and collaborative environment. We also welcome applications from more experienced HR professionals; depending on experience and capability, we can adjust the level of autonomy, scope and support within the role. The Role: Reporting directly to the Senior HR Director for the country cluster, , the role combines hands-on delivery with exposure to a broad HR generalist scope , enabling the successful candidate to build business partnering capability and HR judgement through structured support, coaching and escalating more complex cases as appropriate.
