Overview Sierra Tucson is seeking an experienced Adult Inpatient Psychiatrist to join our hospital‑based psychiatric team. This physician will provide comprehensive psychiatric care to adult inpatients, including diagnostic evaluations, medication management, crisis intervention, and treatment planning in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Since 1984, Sierra Tucson, a 183 bed facility, located in Tucson, Arizona has been a world-class leader in residential treatment and maintains a high standard of excellence for individuals aged 18 and older, who are struggling with drug & alcohol addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, and co-occurring disorders such as disordered eating. Overview: Responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of mental illnesses through a combination of personal counseling (psychotherapy), psychoanalysis, hospitalization and/or medication.
