Job Summary: This position is responsible for providing assistance to pharmacists, pharmacy coordinators, and pharmacy programs or initiatives. Works with internal departments, external vendors, and members to evaluate and resolve pharmacy issues and provide member support for programs and initiatives. Required Job Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of customer service e xperience , preferably in a health care/insurance industry (or equivalent) Certified Pharmacy Technician ( CPhT ) preferred. High School Diploma with c urrent State Pharmacy Technician Licensures in good standing Preferred Job Qualifications: Excellent Verbal and written communication skills. Managed care customer service experience. Str ong computer and Microsoft Office product skills required including ability to learn various data base software applications as needed.
