Position Responsibilities: To be a successful Fleet Supervisor you will need: - Approach work with a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset and serving as an example of living our Producers Dairy purpose and core values. - Own and promote a Safety Culture by ensuring a safe work environment and promoting proper safety behavior. - Contribute and educate others in support our cost-conscious culture. - Lead the Fleet Maintenance Team to deliver the cost, quality, service, and reliability results. - Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs to ensure reliability of the fleet. - Support and contribute to the development and success of warranty and policy programs for recovery of expenses. - Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for vehicle maintenance using known best practices. - Assist in the direction of departmental activities in budget cycle requirements. - Lead compliance with or assisting in the establishment of programs, policies, and procedures to attract, develop, and retain a competent and motivated workforce, including but not limited to recruiting, hiring, training, engagement, performance management and coaching. - Assist in the d...
