POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking to hire a new Lieutenant for the Minnesota FPS Contract. The Hours for this position will be Monday through Friday, with Friday's hours being flexible pending staffing and other Management needs. PAY TRANSPARENCEY/COMPENSATION: Hourly Rate or Salary Range $32.65 Health and Welfare $4.47: Responsibilities: - Inspections of posts and PSOs throughout the month. Could involve traveling to outstate posts in a Company provided vehicle - Delivery of uniform orders, post supplies and company documents - Manage post books (memos, duty book, company folder) - Collect end of the month paperwork from all posts - Teach SMART Book training if necessary - Fill open shifts during on call weekends - Issue disciplinary actions as needed - Assist with new hire training as needed - Scheduling - Filling call-offs, and filling shifts as needed - Order and maintain uniform inventory - Position requires sitting for long periods of time. Continuous computer use. - Duties require using hands and wrist for typing and computer usage for long periods of time, lifting more than 10 pounds, bending twisting, and standing.
