Manufacturing Equipment Mechanic (Levels I–III) Location: Henrico, VA Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Available Shifts: 1st and 2nd Shift Pay: Starts at $27.00 per hour (rate may be higher based on experience) Position Summary: We are seeking skilled Manufacturing Equipment Mechanics to support production and packaging operations within a regulated environment. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment used in the manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products. The position involves hands-on mechanical work, preventive maintenance, equipment setup, and continuous improvement of maintenance processes. Candidates should be comfortable working across multiple types of equipment and contributing to a team-focused production environment.
