A key TEKenable client is seeking an experienced IT Support Manager to join an established organisation. Initially, the successful candidate will take the lead in managing internal IT support for a team of over 50 employees, while also overseeing relationships with external IT managed service providers and other technology vendors. The IT Support Manager will guide a team dedicated to maintaining smooth and efficient IT operations, resolving technical issues, and managing the day‑to‑day performance of the IT network. Key Responsibilities: IT Operations: - Provide tier 1 support for the IT network, addressing user issues and troubleshooting problems along with the current IT Managed Services solution provider. - Manage and maintain the Office 365 environment, including user account setup, permissions, and security. - Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems. - Manage and support the ongoing development, maintenance and deployment of our platform built on MS Dynamics.
