Job Overview The Tennis Shop Attendant serves as a primary point of contact, greeting and assisting members and guests at the Fitness Center and Tennis Pro Shop. The core mission is to provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and ensure every guest enjoys a pleasant and seamless experience. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and visually appealing facility while ensuring all supplies and retail merchandise are well-stocked. Qualifications: - Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). - Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred. - Communication Skills: Ability to comprehend reading materials and speak, read, and write fluently in English. - Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills with a neat and pleasant overall appearance. - Problem Solving: Strong ability to resolve issues and handle customer complaints by informing supervisors in a timely manner. - Work Ethic: Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and environmentally responsible work environment.
