Operations Field Support Specialist Our Operations Division is seeking an Operations Field Support Specialist to provide operational support for the Energy Work Management group and our Stakeholders. You will be part of a team responding to a high volume of inquiries and requests requiring extensive interaction with a variety of applications, customers, and stakeholders. A day in the life of an Operations Field Support Specialist may include: - Efficiently manage and process a high volume of invoices while ensuring accuracy and adherence to critical deadlines - Ensure accurate documentation of company assets and timely close-out of work orders to support operational efficiency and compliance - Manage and process a high volume of third-party billing requests related to asset damages - Coordinating billing and processing of damages with the District Attorney’s office - Responding to Gas calls/Inquiries from a diversified customer base (Distribution, Trouble Shooters, Gas Quality Control Inspectors, Gas Leak Search and Corrosion Crews, Contract Admini...
