3rd Shift Team Lead What you will do: The 3rd Shift Team Lead is part of SK’s newly constructed battery manufacturing plant. This is a performance based, 12-year, O&M contract providing hard services of MEP equipment within the facility, excluding the manufacturing and production equipment. The objective is to maintain a seamless environment by assuring that equipment is performing to specifications to facilitate uninterrupted manufacturing . The ideal candidate will have strong maintenance/hands on technical experience and leadership background. The role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance activities of the HVAC and related systems in the facility. This includes managing a team of technicians, coordinating and prioritizing work orders, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining a high level of customer service. In addition, the role is responsible for oversight and performance of a variety of repairs and services in a specialized building system environment with a high emphasis on HVAC, Mechanical Systems, building maintenance.
