The role likewise advises on the identification and reconciliation of potential and actual conflicts of interest related to new client and matter opening across Firm offices and jurisdictions. The Conflicts Attorney/Senior Conflicts Attorney is responsible for the creation and maintenance of Firm conflict waivers and reviews client Outside Counsel Guidelines for Firm compliance.
