Machine Maintenance Lead Machine Maintenance Lead on the Facilities team at Castelion is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and up time of critical manufacturing and facility equipment. In this role, you will lead hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts across CNC machines and facility systems to support uninterrupted production and rapid iteration.
