Quality Assurance Specialist (Engineer/Technologist)

Job description

Key Position Functions: - Perform inquiry and contract review in conjunction with Sales and Engineering to identify and address project and production requirements. - Based on customer, engineering and manufacturing specifications, prepare ITPs to ensure that project requirements are clearly captured & implemented. - Address any specialized customer documentation requirements for projects as required. - Conduct Kick-off meetings with customers and/or Third-Party Inspection agencies for approval of quality plans. - Interact with Third-Party Inspectors. - Define, develop, review and apply applicable product regulatory standards (API 6A, API 6D, etc.) and customer quality requirements on Inspection and Test Plans for effective product realization of outsourced and in-house activities. - Investigation of quality incidents using advanced root cause analysis methodologies. - Develop QMS documentation (Quality Control Procedures, Work Instructions, Engineering Specifications, etc.) if required (project documents or standard use documents). - Review and approval of manufacturing routings to ensure customer quality requirements. - Ensure compliance with Stream-Flo Group Guiding Principles i...
