Job Title Senior Valuer Job Description Summary We are looking for a driven professional to join our Hospitality Valuation & Advisory team, supporting ongoing mandates and new projects across the CEE & SEE region. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile hotel real estate assignments while building strong client relationships and contributing to business growth. Job Description Your responsibilities: Take a leading role in all aspects of hotel valuations and feasibility studies (alongside the Lead Partner) Prepare hotel consultancy reports, including valuations, feasibility studies, and detailed market research (market, competitive, and supply/demand analysis) Analyse historical P&L statements and develop cash flow projections for valuation purposes Actively support business development by sourcing new opportunities, building your network, and cultivating client relationships Attend industry events to strengthen the team’s market presence and grow your professional network Identify cross-selling opportunities across the business Contribute to achieving departmental revenue targets Maintain internal databases, support research publications focused on CEE & SEE, and h...
