About Us: Chelsea Hospitality Group (CHG) is a family-owned hospitality company based in New Jersey, dedicated to creating world-class food and beverage experiences. CHG’s latest project in Morristown, NJ involves managing multiple food and beverage outlets within a sustainably built, mixed-use property. These outlets include a ground-floor restaurant, conference catering, pantry services, and pop-up concepts. This is a seasonal part-time, hourly position. We’re looking for a fun, energetic, and customer-focused part-time seasonal patio bartender to join our team from Wednesday through Sunday! This is a seasonal part-time position, slated from May through September. As an Outdoor Patio Server, you’ll be the heart of our lively alfresco experience. Your responsibilities will include taking food and beverage orders; maintaining a clean and organized area; interacting with guests in a friendly, engaging manner; ensuring all patio safety and cleanliness standards are met; and collaborating with the front-of-house team to provide a seamless guest experience.
