DATA SCIENTIST / DATA ANALYST (JOURNEYMAN)

Job description

Kaizen Approach is currently seeking a Data Scientist / Data Analyst to support a high-visibility federal program with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). In this role, you will support data-driven decision-making efforts by developing dashboards, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying trends that improve operational efficiency and mission outcomes. You will be responsible for working with structured and unstructured data, supporting data integration efforts, and developing reporting solutions. This position involves contributing to predictive analytics, workload forecasting, and performance measurement initiatives.
