The primary purpose of this position is to assist First Commerce in fulfilling our Vision To Be Our Member's Financial Partner for Life . This is achieved through delivering Remarkable Member Service as defined by our Service Standards as well as building and maintaining strong member relationships through identification of member's financial needs and effectively recommending appropriate products and services to meet those needs. The IT Support Specialist I ensures that the Credit Union's technical infrastructure operates with a minimum of down time . RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provides first level support for users via phone or Financial Center, including the repair and replacement of hardware and software with the objective of returning the PC to service as soon as possible. - Maintains network security through the maintenance of user credentials in Active directory. - Installs and sets up physical desktops, virtual desktops, laptops and mobile devices. This includes both Windows and Apple devices.
