Job description

The Intake & Administration Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the referral, assessment, and intake processes to ensure high‑quality delivery of rehabilitation services to individual clients. Working under the direction of the AOD Program Manager, the role builds strong relationships with stakeholders to support recovery and rehabilitation for people experiencing alcohol and other drug (AOD) use, including volatile substances and co‑morbidities. All support is delivered in a culturally sensitive manner and in line with program structures and service agreements. The role actively promotes the Venndale Residential Rehabilitation Program by managing referrals, networking with stakeholders, conducting assessments, and engaging with prospective clients, including occasional community visits. In addition, the position provides frontline administrative and operational support for the Venndale service, acting as the first point of contact and supporting effective office administration, WHS & compliance requirements, and the accuracy and integrity of data and reporting systems.
