Description Position Summary: The Housekeeper is responsible for keeping the exterior and common areas of the property clean daily. The Housekeeper helps with cleaning make-ready units and assisting the maintenance team as needed. Supervisor may assign additional duties as necessary. The Housekeeper is the community’s silent salesperson. His/her work is seen daily by the residents in the common areas, hallways, and amenity areas and by prospective residents when they tour the community. The Housekeeper sets a quality standard in the community. This job may require personal contact with residents. Professional conduct is always essential. The Housekeeper reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor. Essential Job Functions: Community Maintenance- 100 %: ? Responsible for helping to maintain the entire property in an attractive, comfortable condition ? Assists in trash pickup on the property ?
