Closing Date: 25/05/2026 (subject to change dependent on application volumes) Locations: London, Birmingham or Bristol: Hybrid working - Three days in the office, two days working from home About the role: The Senior Manager – Workforce Management & People Insight is accountable for setting the strategic direction, maturity and delivery of workforce planning and people insight across Networks, Corporate Units and Digital. Acting as the functional authority within this space, the role ensures that workforce strategy, financial modelling, workforce analytics and insight enable effective, data‑driven decision-making aligned to BT Group’s transformation agenda. Operating within a complex, multi‑unit environment with no centralised Workforce Management ownership, this role provides leadership, governance and direction, driving the evolution of workforce planning capability to meet future business needs, including the transition toward Strategic Workforce Planning.
