Manager, Total Rewards - Americas Full-time | Human Resources | Location: Olathe, KS 66062 We are seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead total rewards strategies across the Americas. The successful candidate will be a key leader for compensation and benefits initiatives, working within a global matrix organization. This role requires deep expertise in compensation structures, benefits management, self-directed 401(k) plans and health plan setups, including experience with self-insured medical plans. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with a variety of compensation structures , with a strong ability to balance global frameworks with local market needs. Your Role And Responsibilities: Compensation Strategy: Design, implement, and maintain compensation structures, including salary ranges and incentive schemes for the Americas region, ensuring alignment with global policies. Job Evaluation & Grading: Manage job evaluations, ensuring accurate and consistent grading across the region.
