Description: JOB DESCRIPTION: - As the Assistant Director of Research Compliance Program Effectiveness in the Office of Research Compliance and Regulatory Affairs (RCRA), this role ensures the institution's research compliance program is consistent with state and federal laws and regulations. - Leads, conducts, and coordinates policy development and approvals for Office of Research Administration (ORA) policies. - Assists with investigation triage, interviews, investigation and reports for research noncompliance concerns. - Conducts employee, faculty and student research related training and education programs. - Monitors effectiveness of the training program. - Assists in development of institution's research compliance training program, to include learning management system's course content, new employee orientation and department-specific training activities. - Conducts periodic reviews/assessment...
