Overview The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in providing superior customer service in a Shane Co. retail location while supporting top lines sales growth, driving bottom line profits, maintaining store facilities and inventory, and protecting all company assets. This role serves both our customers and our team as a member of store leadership. The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for taking part in the selection and development of the office staff, and indirectly responsible for the management of the Shop, including Shop personnel and monitoring the Shop for efficient and effective operations.
