General Position Statement: The Commercial Relationship Administrator II is responsible for working with Loan Officers to meet the banking needs of our Commercial customers, which includes the largest and most complex relationships in the Bank. This position is responsible for the filing, initiating, correspondence, scheduling, and coordination of the activities between the Loan Officer and Customer, to ensure efficiency and high performing service within the department. This position is responsible for ensuring the loan processing and loan closing are conducted in a prompt manner and providing excellent customer service.
