Who we are looking for This position will be responsible for software development and software delivery to agreed timescales working with both business groups and internal IT organizations . Focus will be on cloud migrations, tech obsolescence, risk & compliance, and management of team resources to deliver associated solutions. Your goal will be to develop a good working relationship with the UK & Ireland business teams to meet their technology requirements to strengthen and grow the business. What you will be responsible for As Application Development Lead, you will Manage software development and delivery for UK and Ireland business groups being part of the larger software engineering organization spanning North America, EMEA and APAC. Own the ZILO application platform across production, UAT, and development environments Manage relationship with business stakeholders (Operations, Transfer Agency, Compliance, and ZILO vendors) Ability to transfer business requirements into technical solutions.
