Our goal is to ensure that PG&E’s lands are well managed, and our property rights are protected. Land Management works closely with state and federal regulators to protect the unique landscape and environmental resources found on these properties. The department will acquire and comply with all environmental permits required to conduct activities on these properties. Land Management’s work requires close integration with the land specialists, environmental scientists, Gas and Electric Operations, as well as with laws and regulatory regulations. We are also responsible for acquiring all necessary land rights for the company to safely operate and maintain its facilities.
