Y our Tasks: - You drive organizational development in our plants by strengthening technical, methodological, and leadership capabilities. - You develop and implement the ManEx strategy, engaging key stakeholders and ensuring alignment across management and mills. - You foster a collaborative leadership culture within the ManEx Team and across mill operations. - You introduce and standardize company-wide practices to enhance efficiency, technological leadership, and overall profitability. - Maintenance Excellence program is part of the ManEx program. - You create and implement technical training packages to build operational capability. - You support cost‑reduction and efficiency initiatives to continuously increase mill competitiveness. - You organize networking and knowledge exchange between mills, OPM, and Group Functions. - You coach and develop...
