This role is a critical resource in operationalizing the overarching Stars strategy and will report to the Associate Director of Stars. You will partner with the Stars leader, measure owners, and project teams to translate strategic goals into actionable project plans and successful execution. While the specific domain focus will shift to meet evolving business needs, this role will maintain a heavy emphasis on the provider side. This position is eligible for the flex persona. Your Day to Day: Your primary focus will be on the day-to-day project management needed to operationalize the Stars strategy. This includes: - Working with the Stars and domain leaders to facilitate planning sessions and track key initiatives designed to achieve high Medicare Stars ratings. - Assisting in the development and implementation of the Stars capability roadmap, including vendor selection and in-house builds. - Coordinating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the timely and effective implementation of new capabilities and prog...
