POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a Lead Mobile Engineer with professional experience in both Android and iOS development to guide the development and optimization of our mobile applications. In this role, you will lead a team of mobile developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable mobile solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative mobile experiences that meet both user needs and business objectives. This is an onsite position, based at our headquarters in Springfield, Missouri. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: - Team Leadership: Lead a team of mobile developers, providing technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship to ensure high standards of quality and performance. - Mobile Development: Design and develop new features and enhancements either using Swift, Objective-C, and modern iOS frameworks or Kotlin, Java, and other modern Android frameworks. - Architecture & Best Practices: Contribute to the evolution of our mobile architecture, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and performance. - Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless...
