The successful candidate will be primarily based at our Mirrabooka Campus, reporting to the Faculty Manager – Nursing. In this role, you will lead the design, coordination, and delivery of simulation-based learning experiences that replicate real-world clinical environments. Combining hands-on technical expertise with educational innovation, you will ensure simulation programs align with course learning outcomes, accreditation requirements, and industry standards. You will work closely with academic staff and clinical partners to support student development, foster clinical confidence, and enhance critical thinking through immersive, high-quality training experiences.
