Lead Teacher Supervisor (Education Supervisor) Head Start Program: The Opportunity Alliance is seeking for a Lead Teacher Supervisor with our Head Start and Early Head start programs. The Lead Teacher Supervisor (Education Supervisor) will provide leadership, modeling, and coverage as needed while holding responsibility for overall assigned classroom operations. This position will hire for and supervise preschool teachers, Assistant teachers, and any additional classroom staff. They will coordinate classroom coverage to ensure high quality education services and child safety and to allow for time out of the classroom for teachers, to the extent possible. The Lead Teacher Supervisor will hold responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of all assigned classrooms. They will work as a member of the larger Education Team to inform program design, monitoring, and program-wide professional development planning and implementation. Work hours must be flexible.
