Position Summary: - The Logistics & Warranty Operations Manager or Specialist is responsible for end-to-end coordination of outbound shipments and post-delivery warranty support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, operational accuracy, and cross-functional alignment. This role manages freight coordination for full truckload shipments, oversees shipment documentation and system accuracy, serves as the primary customer contact during delivery, and supports warranty and RMA processes as a technical liaison between Sales, Engineering, and Operations. Essential Functions: o Coordinate freight transportation for full truckload shipments, including multi-truck purchase orders. o Generate carrier rate quotes, negotiate pricing, confirm availability, and manage service levels. o Maintain strong carrier relationships focused on cost-efficiency and reliability.
