This position will be responsible for identifying gaps and needs to begin developing, implementing, and facilitating training programs that equip Sales, KAM, Field leaders, FRMs, PINs, Payer, Trade Account Directors, and other Market Access Members with the knowledge and skills to support healthcare providers with patient access, reimbursement processes, and payer policies.
