Primary Location Epping, VIC Job Description Summary: ServiceStream is seeking a hands-on Field Supervisor to support ONM operations, overseeing field teams and service partners across live telecommunications networks. About the Role: In this role, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day field operations, supervising internal crews and subcontractors across a diverse portfolio of telecommunications projects. You’ll be in the field — conducting site assessments, inspections, quality audits, and ensuring all works are delivered to design specifications, safety standards, and KPI targets. This is a role for someone who understands external plant networks, can read and interpret designs, and is confident managing subcontractors, defects, and deadlines.
