The Corporate Solutions team is a specialized unit within Global Corporate Sales, designed to support the Group’s revenue growth by delivering cross-asset, balance-sheet-efficient solutions to Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) clients. The team acts as a bridge between Global Markets and other CIB businesses, enabling BBVA to engage in complex, strategic client transactions. In this role, you will be responsible for the origination, structuring, and execution of strategic equity-linked transactions for French and European corporate clients, with a strong emphasis on listed equity underlyings and capital-structure-driven solutions..
