Job DetailsJob Location: Lewisville TX - Lewisville, TX 75057Salary Range: $22.58 HourlyObjective The Quality Inspector is responsible for verifying the daily integrity and quality of Unarco manufactured products by performing routine inspections of products in all departments. Ensure the quality management systems are being followed as intended, and if there are product deviations, that they are reported in a timely manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze production schedule to see if there are any “high risk” parts being manufactured in any departments for the day. Inspect and evaluate raw material, WIP, and finished goods as necessary to ensure products are within defined specification limits. If there are no defined specification limits, work with necessary parties to help develop appropriate specification limits. Consistently and accurately use measurement tools including, but not limited to calipers, micrometers, tape measures, protractors, squares, levels, etc. Enter data to track the quality performance of various departments and machinery. Send out emails to appropriate supervisors and plant management to ensure deviations from expectations are corrected. De...
