Bartender

Job description

As a Bartender, you'll be at the heart of our beverage operations, crafting high-quality drinks and providing outstanding service to our guests. You'll manage your bar station, ensure compliance with alcohol safety regulations, and contribute to a lively and welcoming atmosphere. This role requires a strong understanding of drink recipes, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient bar. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 1 year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to obtain a food handler’s card. Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training. Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority. Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license. Requires standing for long periods, frequent bending and kneeling. Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a setting that includes exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
