The Dietary Manager is responsible for overseeing food service operations, ensuring residents receive nutritious meals that meet dietary requirements, and maintaining compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, knowledge of dietary regulations in long-term care, and a commitment to providing quality service to residents.
