Job description

Job Title: Machine Operator Job Summary: Responsible for operating and maintaining various production machines to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. This role involves monitoring equipment, performing quality checks, and ensuring products meet specifications. Responsibility: - Operate and monitor production machines according to established procedures and safety standards. - Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet specified tolerances and quality requirements. - Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe work environment at all times. - Make adjustments to machine settings and controls when necessary, depending on facility-specific processes and requirements, to maintain product quality and production flow. - Conduct preventative maintenance (PM), total productive maintenance (TPM), and cleaning of equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance. - Report any safety concerns, equipment malfunctions or production issues to the Production Supervisor or designate promptly. - Document production data and maintain accurate records of machine output and performance. - Collaborate with team members to meet production go...
