As an Assistant Program Manager, you'll work in a residential group home providing support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Help them achieve their desired lifestyles! You'll assist your Program Manager in providing peer support, creating a positive work environment, and with financial oversight. This position works Swing shift Monday-Friday 1:00 pm-9:00 pm at an adult residential group home in the Gresham, OR area, with an additional weekend on-call rotation 1-2 times per month.
