Job description

Bids & Tenders and Customer Service Manager plays a key role within the Distribution department, with responsibility for the Bids & Tenders team and the Customer Service team. The person in this role will be accountable for ensuring preparing and submitting tender offers, signing contracts and subsequently delivering them, in full compliance with legal requirements and company procedures. In addition, this person will oversee the entire customer service area, supervising day-to-day operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Managing and coordinating team responsible for preparation of tender offers in accordance with all requirements of the Public Procurement Law, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness. Overseeing team responsible for daily operations to deliver prompt and effective customer service, continuously seeking feedback and solutions to improve satisfaction metrics and outcomes.
