Duties include planning, organizing, training, coaching, compliance with various customers, company, government requirements and guidelines What You’ll Do: - Manage Plant Non-Conformance System 15% - Review process for dispositioning process non-conformances and provide trend data to production - Food Safety 15% - Lead team efforts centered around programs to ensure food safety - Develops plant training, conducts internal inspections and acts as a point of contact with outside agencies on the topic - Together with other memb...
